The law is very strict. You are not allowed to sell your own electricity. Depending on your status, the CEB can offer you a permit adapted to your situation.

The selling price proposed by CEB is Rs 3.5 per KiloWatt/Hour produced.

You are a company

You benefit from CEB permit « MSDG »
(Medium-Scale Distributed Generation).

You are a public institution

You benefit from CEB permit « PECR »
(Public Educational Charitable & Religion).
